Overview
Stackers - Tower Builder is developed by Jordan Herbert Games. This policy explains what information may be collected when you use the app, why it is used, and how third-party services may process data.
Information the app stores locally
Stackers saves gameplay progress on your device, including scores, settings, streak progress, sparks balance, XP, unlocked items, equipped styles, and local player names. This information is used to run the game and personalize your experience.
Game Center
Stackers uses Apple Game Center for leaderboards and multiplayer. If you use Game Center features, Apple may process your Game Center profile, player name, scores, multiplayer activity, and related identifiers according to Apple's privacy policy and Game Center terms.
Advertising
Stackers uses Google AdMob to show interstitial ads. Google Mobile Ads may collect or process information such as device identifiers, advertising data, product interaction data, approximate location derived from IP address, crash data, and performance data. This may be used for third-party advertising, ad measurement, fraud prevention, analytics, and service reliability.
Where required by iOS, Stackers will use Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before allowing tracking for advertising purposes.
Notifications
If you allow notifications, Stackers may schedule local reminders on your device, such as streak or gameplay reminders. These are local notifications and can be disabled in iOS Settings or inside the app settings.
Diagnostics
The app and its third-party services may process crash and performance information to improve reliability, diagnose issues, and maintain app functionality.
Children's privacy
Stackers is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact the developer so it can be reviewed.
Your choices
You can disable notifications in iOS Settings, manage tracking permission in iOS privacy settings, and sign out of Game Center or disable Game Center features through Apple settings. You can also delete the app to remove locally stored game progress from your device.
Contact
For privacy or support questions, contact the developer through the support contact listed on the App Store product page for Stackers - Tower Builder.

This policy may be updated as Stackers changes. The effective date above will be updated when meaningful changes are made.
